If I could, I would protect him from all of life's little hurts. From scraped knees and hurt feelings and broken hearts.
If I could, I would take all of his allergies away. He could eat birthday cake and ice cream and pizza.
If I could I would love him so much that it hurt just a little.
Oh wait, I already do.

Kids grow up too fast.
My oldest is in first grade. I can't believe it.
Yeah, he's allergic to milk, eggs, & peanuts.
It's a major pain, and sadly he's getting old enough to realize that everyone else has yummy stuff except for him.
That made me tear up - I know that kind of love. He's so cute. If you find the time-freezing spray, please give your old friend a call.
If you don't find any time-freezing spray, you could always resort to having another ;)
